i pulled up to vystar and parked in the handicapped spot because 1. it was in front of the atm, and 2. the bank was closed so no one was there but me. i even left the car running. a man pulled up and told me he was going to tell on me, i asked him why, he said because of where i was parked. jokingly of course. i told him not to do that since he’s doing the same thing, his reply: i won’t tell on you if you give me your number.

first of all, he did not see my face as i was turned toward the atm, THE ENTIRE TIME.
